Can someone explain how this stat is calculated? For instance, my call open from the SB is 7%. My vpip is 16% and pfr is 12%, so shouldn't my call open bet 4%?

Call open is only calculated when there was a raise befor you, the sample size for this stat is totally different from the one used for VPIP and PFR.

Do you mean 'call open' is coldcalling a preflopraise, instead of raising or folding? And thus it is different from 'limping'?

My assumption was right. I found this tremendous stat-explanation in the FAQ which helped me out.
