I got a new laptop, I had HM2 on my old one, how can I get to use it on my new one?

eta; just seen the "license code" thing - my old laptop crashed so I cant get any data from it :(

Your license allows you to activate on two computers that you own.

You can reset your license in your account:

log into Hold'em Manager Poker Software - Best Poker Tracking Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com) using a non-IE browser that does not have script blocking.

Click on My Account - Licenses.

Reset your profile.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file -

so I click "reset all profiles"? What will happen when I do that - will i lose all my hands?

No, it will only reset the license.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes.


So reset the license, install HM2 on the new computer, activate it with the same serial key as before.
