HEM 1 zoom tables delay hud

I downloaded the last update so that i have the blitz file.
I also tried to manually import it in RVGsoftware HEM folder, but the acces is denied. This is the message is see:!

C:\Users\Bert-Paul\Downloads\Blitz_26Jul2013 (1).zip: Cannot create Blitz.dll
! Toegang geweigerd.<= This means in Dutch:acces denied

What to do?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.02_10Oct2013.exe
