How does this happen in the big blind?

I have "defending the blinds" filter loaded, if that makes any difference.

Possible.
Imagine this example (extreme).
You loose a lot in NL2$ on the BB but win a few time in the same position on NL1000$. In terms of BB, you lose. But the BB is so big in NL1000$ in comparison to NL2$ that it compensate the absolute $ winrate.
