Ok, I am using Manager for a few months and since I dowloaded the last version I cant use it.
What can I do?

Can you please be more specific about the nature of your problem. If you are having problems registering Holdem Manager after the latest update follow these steps. (If your problem is of another nature please post details or e-mail support@holdemmanager.com)

Please update to the latest beta – http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:
1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose “Properties”.
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If the option is greyed out then this is because you’ve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport.exe

Next, Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable “Hide protected operating system files”: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html) - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (It will be in Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

If that doesn’t work please try this:

1. Create a new text document in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder by right clicking inside the folder on a blank space, choose New from the popup Menu and then choose text document and name it LicDebug with a capital L and D
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file and see if it fixes the issue or not

Check Proxy settings

Uninstall and Reinstall Holdem Manager

if that doesn’t fix it Please email me the reg.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder after you’ve tried all those steps, if you were unable to complete any step please let me know. email: support@holdemmanager.com

Ok, I don't understand what I have to do well, but I'll try explaining my problem the best I can, when I click in the HM icon, it tells me taht there is a proble, I cluick continue and when the program is trying to start, where erlier I can rea Pro Omaha and holdem versiobn now I read unregistered software. I dont know what to do, and I think I diid waht you say me to do in the last message, thaks a lot.

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just regular hidden file)



Also please try this:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file
