Ve Hero stats - Not working

I've just reimported hands into a new database. The Vs Hero stats only work on pokerstars and not any other sites that I play on. They worked fine in my old database. Any ideas?

Which vsHero stats did you add to the HUD?
What type of games are you playing? On which other site(s)?


Do the stats all just show up as '-''?
Have you set a 'min sample' to some of these stats and have a lot more hands played on PokerStars?

3bet, 4bet, call 3bet, fold to 3bet - Not showing up on pop ups
Holdem
ipoker, Microgaming & FTP arnt working. PS & 888 are
showing up as -
no min hand samples set

On HM1 you could setup hero names, is there a way of seeing or setting them up on HM2?

HEM Team - it would be alot easier if it was possible to setup hero names in the software like HM1
