Hi, after i installed the last release 10 Oct the HUD dont work in microgaming. I had the same problem with release 29sep. Only work with 05 Ag version, but i play in Party and 888 too..What can i do?

We have not been able to duplicate this.

Move the c:\microgaming\sitename\pokermpp\gamehistory.dat file to your desktop.

Manually import that file.

Close your poker client.

Reopen to create a new gamehistory file.

Try now.

Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Options - Settings - Adjust Site Import Times and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

1. What exact version of Holdem Manager are you using? (e.g. 1.12.11)
2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT, zoom, rush, speed, etc)
4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

I moved gamehistory.dat, I crated a new file.

About the time setting is stranger, now i am playing a HU and the time is the same, but before in one mtt the time was different.

Of course the HUD continue broken. What can i do?

Hi udbrky...

I tried to used table finder (actually that was my first option...i use HM since 2008!). But when I did I had two problems:

1° I play a lot of tournaments, and microgaming use number for the tables so is complicate to do that when i am playing.

2° Its works sametimes, only in same tables, and only show the date until this moment. Never update with the news hands.

I wanna be clear that if I reinstall the release 05Aug2013.exe. This problem is fix, but i cant use HM in party and 888.

I had the same problems some weeks ago when I installed the release 29sep (for Party problem- high blinds).

Can add the solution for 888 and party but dont touch anything for microgaming?

This is a known issue and there is no workaround at this time to allow you to play all of the sites at the same time. See this thread for more info - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/440631-hud-stops-importing-hands-bwin-partypoker.html


I will forward this to our testers to see if anyone else can dupe it. HM1 support is coming to an end in the not so distant future so even if we can duplicate this there is no guarantee that we will be able to resolve it before we end HM support.

Are you playing on Microgaming + another poker network simultaneously?

Or you're only playing on Microgaming and don't get a HUD?
Playing what type of games?
Did you update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.02_10Oct2013.exe

I'm playing MTT on Microgaming + another networks simultaneously. I think i have updated to 10oct2013 (don't remember exactly, give me please instructions to check). I recreated new HH file according to instruction above and synchronized time in options. Now, after I use tablefinder i see current stats, it doest'n change. It changes after next table finder use and so on.

We do not have an ETA on the release. We are working toward an HM1 release.

We can do an HM2 trial.
