HM2 still not working properly

Hi my HM2 is still not working and it's been a while. I've been to a stage that I gave up with it but now I really want to use it. So enough with the back ground, here is the problem :

- HUD only displays on 1 cash table. It's waiting for hands on others.
- HUD doesn't work for tournaments tables.
- unibet poker .be

-Active session only work for Cash tables.
- I'm trying to find a hand I played yesterday in the REPORTS section. It was in it yesterday but isn't anymore.
The hand was played in a tournament and it DOES display in the reports. (in contradiction to active session).

I've a question aswell : I play on unibet poker and some cash tables are Anonymous. The names of the other people at the table are replaced with "Player 1", "Player 2", and so on. Is that gonna be an issue with the tracker ?
What I mean is that if the tracker has 45 hands tracked of a player "Player 5" but this one quits and another guy sits at his seat, the new guy will take the name "Player 5" ; are the stats gonna reset or no ? Sure I can check this by myself and I certainly will.

After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

We do not support Anonymous tables, per their request.

Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Site setup and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.
