View Full Version : "sessions" doesnt work

My hud works fine, but when i check the sessions tab there`s no record of my play. The hands are imported. I just updated to latest beta. Still doesnt work.
Also, i bought table scanner a long time ago however its not registered anymore for some reason. How do i reactivate?

2) Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable "Hide protected operating system files": http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/130/How+to+See+Hidden+Files+in+Windows+ - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg
Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HEMGUI.dll.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HEMGUI.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HEMGUI.lic)
If you can’t find those exact files DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.
Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe and if the problem persists Please email me the RegScanner.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder to support@holdemmanager.com and link to this thread
