Hello:
What happens is I download the latest HM2 upgrade and now do not see the option in hud options of "seating preferences" ( http://i.imgur.com/cntIkGB.png ), but now in theory should be set to "site setup", put the network and select the place where we play ( http://i.imgur.com/YFSQkCP.png ). Once I do this (with all positions) open a table and I get the stats like this:

When I organized the HUDs on the next hand again the hud are disorganized, so use this section to configure: http://i.imgur.com/xGZ66K2.png. Once organized they remain so for a long period of time, but when I'm at a table multitabling and someone comes back and is dropped: http://i.imgur.com/wW3YmJg.png. I was wondering if someone could help me urgently since I have not been able to play these days because of this.

Thanks

PD:I try uninstalling and reinstalling (No works!)

Some of the HUD's are stacked on another.

Right-click to drag them apart.

- Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

See this screenshot for exporting HUD's:

http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/exporthuds.PNG

- Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in*
8/7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

- Import your HUD's again.

- Set your seating preferences to match the site's seating preferences.

If there is none:
set it to "-" for the right HUD and site for each game type/# of players.
Open one table, make sure positions line up.
Click settings on the summary HUD on the table, find the HUD name, click Use for all

* You will need to show hidden and system files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

See this screenshot for location in win 7 for the prefs files:

Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Site setup and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

Also make sure Stars' options - auto center is turned off for both cash and tournaments.

I am having the same problem udbrky. I have set my preffered seats in site options, and have un ticked auto centre for cash and tourneys, selected preferred seats in stars, yet the HUD does not position itself according to my preferred seats. Also as you can see, the HUD stats are RED, which is very annoying. Sometimes it changed back to black, but it is stuck on red now. is there a solution to this? I can't seem to fix it. 127821

@nzsr20 u need to double click in the red and it will change back to black/normal status. The red is the session status

Make sure that your HUD Options - HUD Filters - Last x months is set to between 1 and 120.

Make sure you have use session stats unchecked in general settings - common settings for the correct HUD.
