Restore HM2 database without backup

Hello,

I have some problems with my windows, and currently only safe mode is available.
In safe mode I cannot start postgres server so I cannot use HM or PGAdmin.
But in safe mode I have access to hard drive.
How can I save my database and filters etc ?

I cannot open HM when windows is in safe mode

Backup your archive folder (default C:HM2Archive) and your

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ Config folder
