It has been close to a year now that the HUD has not been fixed. The HUD for many types of tournaments and sit and gos does not work. Do you still fix HEM 1 problems? Is there any point for me to continue to use HEM1? I do not intend to purchase HEM2 as it offers me nothing extra that I need. Please advise. I currently use 1.13.02.

There are some tournaments that do not show for HM1. I do not have an ETA for this.

We can do a trial for HM2. HM2 has a lot more statistics and capabilities than HM1.

Unfortunately I cannot justify the cost of HM2. I do not think this state of affairs is satisfactory. I purchased HM with the understanding that you would provide the necessary updates in a timely manner. Clearly all your priorities are focused on HM2 and never mind your HM1 customers. Today there was an update at 888 Poker and HM1 does not work at all there now. Please confirm that you also do not intend to update this problem either in a timely manner. At least with that knowledge I can opt to go for a free service elsewhere. I am extremely unhappy with the service you are providing me.

We'll still write a bugticket for the 888poker HM1 issue, but I have no eta when this will be fixed, even if it's just a minor handhistory formatting change.

Is that it? You don't feel it is necessary to comment on the rest of what I said?

HM1 stopped getting non-critical updates after HM2 was released.

The 888poker update, might be fixed for HM1, but could take weeks.
If the same bug also occurs in HM2 it will be fixed a lot faster, but it will still be fixed for HM2 first.

I wish to make a complaint about the service being provided for HM1 - how may I do that?

Hi! What can you tell me about multi entry tournaments on FTP? I haven't seen HUD in it for ages. Are you going to fix it?

Where do I download 1.13 version? On the website there is only. 1.12 I am using it and FTP hud doesn't work, even with the 10oct update.

Just did. No use. Table manager sees FTP and the table that I am playing on, but it doesn't find any players, showing 0/6. Auto import shows "incomplete hands"

I did, it started showing tables in table manager but still loads incomplete hands.

Please download the same version of postgresql that you have now from Download PostgreSQL | EnterpriseDB (http://www.enterprisedb.com/products-services-training/pgdownload#windows). Uninstall yours, and install this update.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

Set the lobby language of your Full Tilt client in English.
 I've been using Holdem manager for 5 years approx, so... Yes, I have the lobby completely in English. Any other idea?

HM1 doesn't support most tourney types on FTP at the moment. You can try the table finder:
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+
But if this doesn't work you need to wait for a fix. Until then you can try the HM2 trial.

How many more months do we need to keep waiting for a fix?
If you give us a frre HM2 license this will fix the problem for sure... :D

Patvs

This likely will never be fixed for HM1.
These Re-Entry / Multi-Entry tournaments are considered a new game type (they did not exist before the Full Tilt relaunch), after which HM1 already stopped getting updates.
