View Full Version : I removed and then re-installed 888poker, HUD doesn't work anymore.

The title pretty much says it all. I removed the 888poker application and download it again, now I can't see any HUD on my tables, and the cash games stats don't appear in the reports.

I had no problems with 888poker before that, everything was working fine. I tried other sites and it's all good too.

All I noticed is that 888poker have made small changes to their software but I don't think it affect the hand histories.

Set the lobby language of the pokerclient in English.

Hi, I did this but still the same. I tried to play a cash game, I can see the hand importing but no HUD and nothing appears in report. I tried to clear the filter too even if there's none, but nothing change.

I also get this message, it says files imported but zero hands imported??

It's only on 888 that I have this problem, other sites work fine.

Are you sure you installed the 10th October update to the correct folder?
Your HM should display version 1.13.02 in the title.

This works for me.

Please update to this version:

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

1. What exact version of Holdem Manager are you using? (e.g. 1.12.11)
2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT, zoom, rush, speed, etc)
4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.

10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Still the same thing with the new database, all other sites import correctly but not 888.

1- I have HEM version 1.13.02
2- The problem only occur on 888 and only since I upgraded to their newest software that includes SNAP features, before that 888 was working fine.
3- I play NL holdem cash games/SNG and MTT.

And all the questions has been tried or verified.

The problem only occured when I upgraded to the newer version of the 888 software so the solution might be there somewhere.

***Edit: there is one thing I noticed from the hand histories, in the past it was written
***** Cassava Hand History for Game
since the software upgrade it's written
***** 888poker Hand History for Game

So they replaced Cassava for 888poker

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.com. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

Same problem. Todays (22.10) update made HEM1 not working.

I think temporary solution is to download older pacific client? If this is possibility, then it would very much help, if someone uploaded this older, working 888poker client.

Netsrak: May this HEM update take as long as the last hud problem took? like months?

It could easily take weeks, even if it's just a minor change in the handhistory formatting.

Yes that would be great. Don't know how do it though, I will search for that.

make sure you are running this version:

Please update to this version:

Make sure it wasn't installed into a different location and the shortcut is just pointing to an older version.

All right it's working now, I had to uninstall and re-install the 888 software and I again downloaded the HEM October 10 upgrade.
