Blank Player analysis

While in Opponents/Summaries, the R-click option "Analyze Player [in Popout Window] is blank.
I have been using this for quite a while. All of a sudden it is not working.

Stat analysis is populated.
No big hands.

What am i missing? This is for Omaha.

I am also getting a false message in the alert viewer (see other post).

i am getting hands when they are my own.
If i change and of the preferences, the blank orange ribbon disappears.

downgraded and all is well.

make sure you have the right game type chosen in Opponents.
