Table Scanner 2(Beta) : Insta scan does not work for me on stars

The classic scan works fine on Pokerstars for me, but not insta scan.

I have no idea why; what should I look for?

1) Take a look at "Scanner->Settings->Instascan".
Is it possible to enable "Instascan", or is the option greyed out?

2) What game/stake do you try to scan?
Do you get an error message like "no tables found, do you want to switch to classic scan"?
Or doesn't it simply return any tables?

1) It IS possible to enable Instascan. I have set it to that and selected "no switch", but when I run it, Instascan fails and switches to classic scan anyway.

2) I try to scan Pot Limit Omaha, 6-max, everything but CAP, stakes 0,5/
1 to 5/10.

No error message. It used to no switch and just not return any tables.

What to do?

Same here. Just begun to use Scanner today, started trial and updated, then I ran InstaScan and it worked, but after some time it stopped working for some reason. Now it's always asks to switch to classic.

Make sure that Stars' lobby is default, you are using medium text, and default font.

Please zip and send a screenshot of

- the lobby
- all of your table scanner settings
- the scan profiles settings

Here you go. Text size is medium, Font is set to Microsoft Sans Serif with Row Padding, don't know if it's the default one.
