How do I update my card details on the site? I did send an email to support a couple of weeks ago, but received no response. Thanks in advance.

What 'card details'? I am not sure what it is you are asking and I dont find any emails in our system from your email address. Please email your details/questions to sales@holdemmanager.com or support@holdemmanager.com

My apologies. I mean debit card/payment details. I have a new card and need to update them on the site to continue making purchases, but I can't see an option.

I did receive a "We just want you to know that your request has been received and that we will reply shortly," response email from support on Feb 7, but there was no follow-up.
