When I press the "save and close" button, the scan profiles dialog closes but does not save the new profile.

When I try to duplicate an existing profile, HM2 closes unexpectedly.

Go to
C:\Users\"user name"\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\FishFinder\Scan

Can you upload all the files you find there and put a download link here?
Or email these files to: support@spadeit.com

Delete these files and you should be able to create new scan profiles again.

I have deleted the files as proposed and was able to create new profiles. Problem solved for now.
