So I had holdem manager pro edition installed, and then I requested a combined trial serial for holdem + omaha manager pro. Now the trial has ended, and holdem manager is not working, it says invalid license. But I don't see any option to input my serial for holdem manager pro edition. Please Help.

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager and update to the latest beta - http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete the LicDebug file and restart Hold'em Manager.

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

Hi, I tried to save a .txt file in the config folder, but it says I do not have the privilege to do so and to contact the administrator. My user account is the only one on my computer and it is the administrator. Any ideas? Thanks.

Using Windows 7 by the way.

UAC or User Account Control should be turned off when using Holdem Manager.
