So I have had no issues in the past at ipoker (william hill skin) with hm1, now they've updated the client and I tried to play a session, but the Hud is acting very strange. It pops up as it should when i press someones nickname, however it wont go away, I have to click alot of times, on the desktop and on the hud again and then it disappears and also the hud popped up random in the top left corner of the screen sometimes.
I updated to the latest Beta (Oct 2013), still the same issue.
Using win 7, Avira anti-vir, windows firewall.

Any ideas?

I have the same issue on BetFred, I'll click for the pop-up stats and it will open and close fine but once its been opened once it will reopen the pop up at the start of every new hand on that table and wont close! All i can do is drag it off the screen with right click but it will reopen on top of the table at the start of every hand. Any fix would be great as it's a real hindrance whilst trying to play more than 4 tables.

Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.02_01Oct2013.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates. Turn off User Account Control: Turn User Account Control on or off (http://windows.microsoft.com/is-is/windows-vista/turn-user-account-control-on-or-off)

I've done all this. Note, everything worked fine before but something happened after iPoker's recent update with the new Toast function. Everytime a hud pops up I have to click somewhere on my windows desktop one time and then on the hud again for it to dissappear, it wont go away otherwise so it seems to be like a focus/active window thing?

1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
2 - Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/362/HowToUpdateYourGraphicsCardDriver
3 - Update Logitech Setpoint - Support + Downloads: SetPoint - Logitech (http://www.logitech.com/en-us/584/3131)
4 - Set desktop theme to basic, default, or a non-aero theme - Disable Aero on Windows 7 or Vista (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-aero-on-windows-vista/) (this will be the same for win8/7)

Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework -
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1881/Holdem+Manager+.NET+Cleanup+Instructions

Afterwards, please make sure that you update windows completely. Keep checking to make sure that there are no more updates, until it shows twice, five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.
