Hi

I formatted my PC and reinstalled HEM using 1.13.01 Internal (win 7 64 bit) which is the latest build which works with 888. ( I am using my old config file which used to work fine 3 days ago)

No HUD is loading, here are a few things i have noticed.

When playing Cash games


Table finder finds the correct table
After every hand the importer imports 1 file but says 0 hands.
When i click on cash games reports there is no record of the hands.



When playing SNG


Table finder find the correct table but also finds another random table.
After every hand the importer imports 1 file but says 0 hands.
When i click Tourney results data view i can see Tournament and where i came but it does not show any hands for it.



I have Laptop (win 7 64bit) running the same HEM build with the same config file which works perfectly. So i am not sure what is going on .

It sounds like the hands are either not set to save or import.

Please update to this version:

Hi all the setting were correct, however updating to latest version worked.
