History (with above set-up) Ver 1.11.04 everything worked great. d/l Ver 1.11.05 when it came out and HUD didn't work. Had some back and forth with HEM tech & rolled back to 1.11.04. HUD worked again. Tried again at a later date to update to 1.11.05e. Same thing, no HUD, so rolled back to 1.11.04 and all roses again.

This morning tried update to 1.11.06a. HUD works now but I still get the Table Manager inject fail box appear. Click OK and HUD comes up so it now works. Table manager also now shows Bodog Lobby where before it was just the tables. Why do I get inject fail? Is this an issue or do I just ignore it?

Try reinstalling Bodog.

If that doesn't resolve it, reinstall HoldemManager using the 93 mb full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

Can you tell me why I need to reinstall Bodog or HEM when it works with one version of your software but not the later ones when you had tried and aborted a hand grabber. I'll do it if necesaary but I have been through all of this and done both before with another HEM tech when the problem first arose. In fact we did a teamviewer session and he did it all for me.

You need to reinstall using the full installer so that we can be sure your install corrupted.

I would recommend you do a clean install to be sure everything is working right.

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+
1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files.

2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.

3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.

4) Reboot your computer

5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.

6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

olliepower - OK did all this (cost me $30+ and fyi your faq step by step guide on revo is out of date) and I still get inject fail box come up when I hit import.

Also lost some Custom Stats on rakeback. Where are they stored as I cut and pasted my whole config folder and they're not there. I reimported the config file after testing the new d/l which aalso had the inject fail so it's not a file in there either.

There used to be an faq on creating a Custom Rakeback stat but it isn't there any more. Thought it might be easier to recreate it.

This is the link for it but it just goes to faq home page.

Hello chaps. Any idea on either of these two issues, Inject fail and rakeback stat.

Inject fail: You get this when starting the auto-import?
We removed the Bodog support from our auto-import because of the latest Bodog updates, so you need to use the latest idleminer version I guess you still have a bodog folder in your auto-import settings?

Rakeback stat: did you copy back the file customstats.txt from your backup to the reports subfolder of your new installation?

Inject fail. I press auto import and get the Table manager inject fail message box on top of Table Manager box. Click OK and it populates Table manager with the open tables and seems to work fine. In the configure auto import manager file path listing I just have the Bodog Handgrabber file. I even deleted all the older paths I don't use so this is the only import path.

Rakeback stat. No I didn't realise the custom stats were'nt in Config so I only saved that. There used to be a thread and faq on this but it seems to have dosappeared. Your linked stat is different, as I rember you had to go into the string and change the r/b % in a couple of spots. Also there were differences for if it was weighted contibuted etc. I have backup of my old versions- where exactly are these custom stats stored and I can dig it out from there.

Inject: please post a screenshot of the error message and please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

Customstats: the link was just an example, you need to create your own stat with your rakeback figures. The file is located in the reports subfolder and its named customstats.txt.
If you search the forum you might find some other examples.

Both sent via email to HEM Support with link to this thread - I dont have capability to post screen shots on this PC.

Get them? Screen shot didn't save on email, I guess I forgot to send it as an html but you shouldn't need it. Its a small box that is titled Table manager appears superimposed on the normal Table manager window and has inject fail message next to a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it and an OK button. Table Manager 1.11.05fi is the Version which is a little odd.

It actually works fine after I click the OK box, but I am concerned it is linked to other issues I have that I'm not sure are normal eg my hud stats lag up to 15% behind database stats so if on HUD player has 1000 hands and I then click on Players in HEM run a current players report they always have more hands in this tab than in HUD.
