I wanted to open my hud today and it did not work.

a window opened up saying: "an error occurred while reading the config/holdem manager config file. holdem manager will now back up the old config file and create a new one for you"

so i clicked on "ok".

then a microsoft.net framework window popped up.

saying in german (i am ofc german) that the data can not set up new if its already existent. if can click on forward to ignore the message and move on or on quit.

i clicked on forward and the standard holdem manager frame "validating unregistered software" popped up as regular but the software does not start.

it does not stop loading or gets any further than this.

i just downloaded the august update, but still no changes.

Please update to this version:

http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.02_05Aug2013.exe

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup in HUD Options - Player Preferences.
2) Delete your existing HUD Positions files, so HM will rebuild them to default. The location is in 3).
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework -

Afterwards, please make sure that you update windows completely. Keep checking to make sure that there are no more updates, until it shows twice, five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.
