View Full Version : ClubWPT (UB) support?

I'm trying out the demo before I decide to buy the software... a big plus is HEM can interact with UB software (while PT doesn't support it).

That being said, I'm on a site called ClubWPT. It's a flat fee site run by the WPTE and uses UB software. Seems like HEM can pull the hand histories into the database but it's very weird.

First, under the tourney tab is where I can see my SnG and tourney results... however not all hands are showing. When I click my username under change it shows 700'ish hands for me. When I get back to the reports tab it only shows 400'ish hands. Seems like hands are missing yet they look to be logged in the database.

Second, HUD never works. I think it has to do to an active hand history is not readable by HEM while a game is in progress so the HUD can't be fired up.

Any help would be most appreciated, thanks!

Can you try a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 to rule out the possibility of a corrupt database

If its still happening please email me the HH to morny@holdemmanager.net and also try the table finder to see if it picks up the HUD http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

ClubWPT now belongs to Cake, but the Cake hud is just being implemented in our latest releases. See the Cake FAQ: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/7/Cake+Poker+Setup

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.12.03

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.
