Hello

I have installed the latest version of Holdem Manager (1.11.05 Internal[Update Internal]) on my desktop but I have a big problem with the HUD. The hud has an unusual problem only appears on my desktop because the notebook is operating normally, the problem is how the HUD was buggy, with stats on top of another and mistakes all the time that the dealer deals another round of letters. Below I have some photos that illustrate the problem.
I hope that any user or suport helps me to resolve this problem.

PS: My desktop is: AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2200+, 1.80 GHz, 960 RAM and Hard Drive 80G, Windows XP Professional 32bit.
PS1: The previous version works normally but I didn't have the licence yet.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.

I did all things but nothing resolved. Can be the reason of problem the ".NET Framework 3.5"? Because the other principal software tracker, works normally here.

Set your PokerStars lobby to English.
Manually run a Windows Update and install ALL updates, including ALL .net framework updates.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extentions turned off.

The configuration looks fine for me.

You should try a complete reinstallation:
Please uninstall HEM using Revo Uninstaller: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+

After completion please reboot your computer and download and install the full installer from our homepage. Please make sure that the postgresql option is disabled during the installation.

Just try to reinstall HM first.
If you still have problems. Install SQL 9.0.3 to port 5433 and connect to that instead.

Now it is working almost perfectly. I say almost because occasionally when I'm at cash game tables of the problem recurs not what is happening in tournaments or sit-and-go. Another feature I noticed is that the hud only works correctly (when it works) usually after a full orbit.
Another curious feature is nobody has had this problem or knew someone who had and that only happens on my desktop (WinXP) because the notebook (Vista) and works perfectly on another laptop (Seven)

HUD should appear after one ("1"!) hand is imported.... not after a full orbit.

Try creating a new database.
Make sure no program is monitoring the PostgreSQL server (i.e. Firewall, Antivirus program)

No, the HUD is appearing after the first hand imported but appear too the problem but normalize usually after a full orbit. I think that is the better what we can about this problem.

I just looked at your computer specs above and one problem might be that your computer is to slow.

I'm using the version 8.4. I'll leave it as is, because the moment is working, working perfectly even after only 2 + import hands.
Thank's for all the attention I received.

Try following the steps I am suggesting here because it resolved.

1. First you need to uninstall all the Holdem Manager using the Revo Unistaller or other similar software. Using revo uninstaller, there is a tutorial here on the forum of the same HM that teaches you step by step how to do.
2. Reinstall holdem manager, create a new database.
3. Open holdem manager, go into Hud Options > setup hero names > select your nickname > Add
4. Set the folder to import their hands (historical) on "click here to add auto import folders"> Auto Detect (if not recognized automatically) go to Add Folder> Select Folder "on your Hand History Poker Client".
5. Hud Options > Seating Preference > Select the room and prefered seat > Save.
6. Hud Options > Player Preferences > Tab "Use For" > Select Any Site and Check All boxes > Apply and OK.
7. Now open a cash table/SitNGo/Tourney and Select "Start Auto Import". When you see the stats, go totop center of the image of an open table and press upon the icon of swords ( hm ) andanew screen will appear and select 2 , 4 ,6 or9 Player and OK.
8. Now just wait and wait to import some hands to correct the problem.

PS: I managed to solve my problem this way, hope you can solve yours too.

I agree, your configuration looks fine, must be something weird or a problem of the graphic card, desktop theme or something like that.

But try the reinstallation first.

Try creating a new database and reimport your hands.
It could be caused by a corrupt tournament index.

Well I exported hands and created a new database is now functioning properly. Thanks
