HUD stats suddenly stop updating

During most sessions my HUD runs well at first, then suddenly the stats stop updating. Sometimes they start updating again after a while, but not always. Hands are being imported all the time, though, I checked that in the reports.

I play at Minted (Everleaf) and 888 (Pacific). The problem is present at both clients.

I use HEM Professional v. 1.11.06a Internal. (The table manager, though, is v. 1.11.05f).

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe (this is a more recent version than the internal release)

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.
