Problem: configure Import file or configure autoimport crashes HEM
I have had some problems so I reinstalled HEM but I made the misstake i reinstalled directly the lastest beta instead of 1.06.03h.
Now i have uninstalled Both HEM and Netframework 3.5 rebooted computer installed netframewrok and then hem 1.06.03. But Hem still crashes when configuring autoimport.
What do I do now? I have the feeling that there are some files still left after uninstalling Hem and that is causing this problem?
edit: I Have windows Vista SP1 BTW

To reinstall:
1) Make a backup of "Config" in a safe location
2) Export your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
3) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
4) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory
5) Reboot your computer
6) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Upload HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe
8) Test if it works
9) Overwrite the backuped holdemmanager.config in the new Config directory to recover your settings
10) Import your HUDs

Also make sure you reinstall the .net framework 3.5! Otherwise many other programs will not work
