Everything works fine on Ongame and Ipoker but my HUD just doesn't want to move on Partygaming.

I have lock the layout option unchecked and force ontop checked but I've tried various stuff and nothing works. Funny thing is that when a hand is imported I can move the HUD during a very brief moment before it freezes again.

Also the freezed HUD appears on every other opened windows like this : 123851

HM1 version is 1.12.10b.

Please help me i'm going crazy with this shit !

Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.02_05Aug2013.exe

Turn off Force On Top.

Add holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe to the exceptions list of Windows Firewall (even when you're NOT using Windows Firewall and it's turned off). Also add the exceptions if you have another firewall.

I did all that and it's still not working.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/362/How+To+Update+Your+Graphics+Card+Driver

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

*Export any/all custom HUDs

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt.
3) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

If it now works properly with the default HUD you can try importing your custom HUDs again. If the problem returns you will need to repeat steps 1 thru 3 and rebuild your custom HUD manually.
