View Full Version : Cant "Reset all profiles"

Hi!
When i click on reset all profiles on my account page. The page doesnt go further. It says "Wrong on page" in the bottom left corner of Internet Explorer. What is wrong?

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Try clearing your web cache/cookies, and use a different browser.

If that doesn't help I may need to ask our sales team to help you, as they deal with the hm.com site problems.

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com

If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.
