I know that it has been relesed today so you haven't had that much time to make it work but any ETA for the upgrade? It is almost the same software so I hope it won't take that long especially that TST already works with Party

We already have a fix in place :)

Try the scanner internal "update" button.
Contact Skype id: mr_snood
please if that doesn't fix the problem.

I updated it, but it doesn't work for me. Are there maybe any special settings for the lobby reqd ?

Do you get any error message?

Do you see the scanner moving through the Party lobby?

Make sure "Group Tables" is unchecked in the PartyPoker lobby.

yes, I do get an error message, basically asking whether my poker client is on, both are run as admin etc
The scanner is not moving.
Group Tables was checked, but unchecking it didn't change it. Also the side panel is set to hidden.

It doesn't work for me, couldn't check it before cause I couldnt login at all to Party. Here is how it looks for me:

So no lobby i sdetected despite that I double checked the admin and side panel stufff. I also did the update twice and even did the forced update i table scanner 2 still no progres.

Okay, found the problem.
The update was incomplete :)

Use the scanner internal "Update" button another time please.
This will fix it...

Have you tried "Force Update" in the Scanner?

"Side Panel" is visible, and "Group Tables" is unchecked in Party?

Can you contact Skype id: mr_snood for instant help please?

Looks like the updater doesn't replace the "pty.dll" in your HoldemManager 2 install directly for some people.
To fix this issue go to your HoldemManager 2 install directory (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2) and delete the "pty.dll" manually (make sure HoldemManager is closed when doing that).
The run Scanner -> "Update -> Force Update" will bring you the latest pty.dll...

ScannerSupport, after last update HM2 same problem appeared (error detecting poker client lobby). You already fixed it, but after last update it doesnt work.

I can see, PartyPoker made another update today, but the Scanner still seem to work?

What game/stake do you try to scan?

Can you post a screenshot of your PartyPoker lobby please?

"Group tables" is unchecked?

What's the filesize of "pty.dll" in your HoldemManager2 install folder?

1. I scan NL 0.10-0.25.
2. 124361
3. "Group tables" is unchecked as You can see on screen.
4. Filesize of pty.dll is 64Kb, it created 25/08/2013.

Filesize needs to be 68 KB...

Don't you get a pty.dll with filesize 68KB when you run "force scanner update"?

This is the DLL you need:
http://www.cashgamedata.com/pty.zip

(unzip into your HoldemManager install directory and replace the existing pty.dll)
