hud won't popup on williamhill or ipoker

I have correctly configured the auto import yet the hud won't appear on the poker tables...

Are you playing cashgames or STT/MTTs?

Try using the TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.02_05Aug2013.exe

ALso in HM1--> hud options--> site options--> ipoker--> turn off live tracking and change all the 'detect table' settings.
