See only little stars (notes) when the hud start

Hi !

I use the trial version and made the update to 1.06.04 r7 right now and....

Since I tried to install the hud configuration file nlsixmax.xml all seems to be ****** up...! :mad: The only thing I see is the star to take note and the lasts pot winners (even if the check mark is not there to see that option...)
I tried to put the default configuration but no results....

Is there any thing I missed here?

I tried to create a new database but still with the same problem....

I play on stars if that can help.

The hands are still imported ok....

Can you help me with that one???

The stars that appear on tables are the ones that we can click on to take notes.... The rest of the hud doesn't show except for the last pot winner...
I tried again with the default config. but no result....

Could it be the fact that I've got the trial version??

Would like to find out before buy it.....

looks like something got messed up in your config file, not sure what happened but youll need to add your stats again via Hud Options > Player Pregerences as it sounds like none are added at the moment

looks like something got messed up in your config file, not sure what happened but youll need to add your stats again via Hud Options > Player Pregerences as it sounds like none are added at the moment

For the installation I went in the Hud, preferences, import, and that's it... everything seems to be ok and the stats are installed in that window... but when I open a table then all I've got is the star that we ordinary see beside the name of the player (to take a note if I'm not wrong)....
Was there another step to follow that I'm not aware of?

I tried to set the hud to default config. but.... not able to get the thing back....

Like I said to Al1, the stats are there.... but don't appear on the table except for the star and the winners of lasts pots even if that option is not checked....

Don't know if I made something wrong with the import file but everything was fine before that move....

By the way, one question, is there an annual fee for HM when we buy it or it's a life time license?

Can you try a complete reinstallation:

1) Make a backup of "Config" in a safe location
2) Export your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
3) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
4) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory
5) Reboot your computer
6) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Upload HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe
8) Test if it works
9) Overwrite the backuped holdemmanager.config in the new Config directory to recover your settings
10) Import your HUDs

No fees!
