Hi,

I just did the update, i had 3 windows messages telling me it could not replace a certain file. I clicked ok the 3 times, and the update was successful.

But is it really? Sould i uninstall reinstall hem to be certain its ok?

i did a backup(with the hem fonction) before, just in case.

I closed ftp client maybe 15 sec before running the update.

HM simply didn't close down fully before you updated.

Restart your PC and install the update again.

I ran the upgrade again, no problem this time.
