i have the licence i bought to table manager 1 does this work for tablescanner 2?and if so where can i register?i open table scanner 2 and no serial is asked and i cant see a place where i can insert it.

TableScanner 2 (for HM2) is currently still in FREE BETA mode.

Once the beta period is finished, and you will need a serial key to register HM2, you can either use your HM1 TableScanner serial key (or you'll receive a new key for HM2)

It is asking me to give the license code. I have the license from Table Scanner from HM1, but it says that its invalid.

asked me for a code today, started a 60-day trial. Is TS2 a standalone product we'll have to pay on top, if we already have HM2?

looks like instascan is not working for stars/888 atm :(

What game/stake do you try to scan via InstaScan?

Is the InstaScan option greyed out, or doesn't the scan return any tables?

I am trying to scan pokerstars, pacific. I have it set to instascan via settings, however, it tells me "could not detect lobby", as if it tried to run classic scan instead. I was able to instascan before activating this 60-day trial though. Using HM 7907, tablescanner is up to date.

Oh, indeed. Looks like it's not possible to use InstaScan in the latest release :/

The problem will be fixed by the next update...

When TableScanner asks if you already have a serial, just click "no", and it will activate a 60 day free trial.

They should but there are some issues right now caused by the change from beta testing mode to release mode that we are working on. If you have a TS code from HM1 that isn't activating as expected you should still be able to use the 60 day trial version while we resolve the issues:

When you click OK for the prompt above telling you how many days you may get another prompt asking if you have a license key. It now accepted the code from TS1 but gave me the free version, so only up to NL10. Its supposed to be like that?

Do you have options in the scan profile for >10? Or does it not scan the tables > 10?

I did and stays the same.
I use the product identifier... shouldnt it be "Active"? It says disabled...

I dont have the option to scan >10.

I'm having an issue also. I can't see my license code for table scanner on my HEM account page. I purchase it with Hem1. I can see all my other codes. Suggestions?
