Hi, I have HM 1.12.11. my hud is working fine but when I take first place in a Double or Nothing sng (on Carbon), the first places don't register on my winnings graph or the bar graph. Is there any fix? Thank you.

ok, I did the update and my first places on Don's still don't register on graph or bar chart or in my ROI calculation. The hud works and all my losing positions get registered.

Email some of your hands into a new empty database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

If the DON's still aren't properly tracked, email us a handhistory file/handhistories of a Merge DON where you finished in first place.

Ok, it's still not working. How do I email a hand history file? Thanks

The Merge Network saves hand history files to C:\Program Files\CarbonPoker\History or you may also find them at this location C:\Program Files\Merge\CarbonPoker depending on the skin.

I found the file folder under history and it is empty. When I checked my settings in the Carbon client, I have it set for, "keep hand history for 30 days." Is there anything in Holdem Manager that would delete the history files once they are copied? Do you have any suggestions? Merge recently changed their rake structure - so the games I'm mostly playing are 10.35 + .65 and 20.72 + 1.28 (double or nothings). Does this help at all?

The hands will have been moved to your archive folder.
Default archive folder location is C:/HMArchive

We will look into this. The next release should have a lot of Merge tournament fixes.
