I have no problem on 3 out of 4 tables, but on one table, the live tracking juust doesn't work.

Sometimes it doesn't work on 2 tables.

Same site, same 6max games..

As far as i know we have no live-tracking feature on Cereus.

Please post some screenshots to explain what you mean

There is definitely live tracking on cereus, at least it works over 90% of the time. The next time it errors, I will take a screen shot and send it over.

I'm 4 tabling, 3 tables are working with live tracking, one is not. they are all 6max, all on Cereus. All tables are same size, and have chat displayed on show EVERYTHING.

Did you setup the seating preferences for Cereus: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/34/PreferredSeating

The 4th table with problems: can you rightclick that table in TableManager to make sure the correct number of seats is assigned to the table. Try changing the setting manually.

Today it happend at a full ring table,..
I was 3 tabling and one table stopped working. I checked the TableManager, and the correct number of seats was assigned. I tried forcing it to the correct # of seats anyway, but it didn't help.

I restarted the TableManager, and that fixed it.

Any other ideas?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

I updated to to 1.11.06a, and I'm still having the same issue.
Live tracking works on some of the tables but not on the others.

I'm running windows XP.

Please post screenshots of the whole tables and the table manager and please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

OK but i don't want to put them on here, please PM me an e-mail address to send them to.

I do not want to post screen shots on the web, I play high stakes and have sensitive information I don't want public.

Rightclick the table in TableManager and make sure the correct HUD and #players is assigned to the table.

Also on the table where live tracking isn't working, make sure ALL the HUD panels don't block the player names, and the chat window is fully visible.
Try resizing the size of the table.

I tried all of those just now, it didn't work.

Restarting TableManager though fixes most of the tables, but not all.

I emaild a zip file of my screenshots and config file.

I could not duplicate this problem. See my attached screen shot.

I did notice some issues in your config file.

<setting name="AutoImportFolderList">C:\Program Files\Absolute Poker\HandHistory,True,True,C:\HMArchive
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory,True,True,C:\HMArchive
C:\Program Files\UB\HandHistory,True,True,C:\HMArchive
C:\Program Files\Bum\histories,True,True,E:\Michelle
</setting>

What is in this folder? C:\Program Files\Bum\histories

And this one? E:\Michelle

If you are unsure what that folder is for please delete the entry from the Options > Configure Auto Import Folders menu.

You also need to click the Auto-Detect > OK option when there so HM will add your \roaming\hem data folders to help with the HUD.

hud options > site options > cereus > enable all the checkboxes.

If that doesn't help, please try to reset all your HUD preferences files to make sure you dont have a corrupt file in the bunch.

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt, default.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. Configuring Windows To Show Extensions :: Scott Granneman (http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/windows/showextensions/)

Try the table finder again - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
