View Full Version : Strange problem with FT rush mtt

If I play a sit and go rush on FT (18 minimum multirush OD) than my hud is working fine. If I play a rush mtt hud is not working :S. I see the names of the players but the stats are not updated.

Rush cash is working fine. I have the latest updates.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

Please send as well a screenshot of the table created by running Software | Catch22 (http://catch22.net/software/winspy)

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a Insert Image button. Click this and attach the file.

Thanks for the reply. This is a hm2 issue btw. I posted this in the wrong section. Does that make a difference for your answer?

Latest HM1 build is: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.02_05Aug2013.exe

....but one of the bugs that still isn't fixed for HM1 is the RUSH MTT HUD. Bugticket on this issue is HMONE-185. I've added your email address to the bug ticket, so you'll be automatically notified when it is fixed

I dont have hm1 I have hm2.

Is this issue solved in hm2?

We need info on the ones that are not.

If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2821/HUD+Reporting+Tool

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock in the picture
- Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.
- Please send a log file as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support 572

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.


If you can not see the 'Waiting for hands...' HUD please try using the Table Finder and then you should be able to use the 'Report a HUD Problem' menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1441/How+is+Table+Finder+utilized+if+the+HUD+does+not+a ppear572

You can sometimes use that Table Finder tool to attach the HUD to tournaments that don't show the HUD automatically while we work on a fix based on the information sent in your hud error report. If so, you will need to use the Table Finder each time you get moved to a new table.
