I downloaded latest version (1.11.06a), because I needed it for new PokerStars CAP tables, but here is what I get when I try to start Holdem Manager:

Ok I needed to run it as an administrator, so the problem is solved, but here is the another strange thing.. actually 2 things:
1) when I start auto import it shows me strange message that Cards0.png is missing in HM home folder. It shows this message twice. I searched for that png and it exist. However HUD seems to be working.
2) I cannot find my new imported hands via 1.11.06a version, and in tabs like Graph/Hands/Preflop Cards it shows only old hands, but not the new ones. The strange thing is that HUD works fine it shows statistics with the new catched hands. So this might be some kind of selecting from sql problem or smth?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Also click CLEAR FILTERS in HoldemManager, eventhough it appears NO filters are selected.

Yes I already figured out that I need to run it as administrator. I use win7x64, firewall is set up correctly, antivirus: avasta and I'm sure it has nothing todo with that :-) But there are more serious problems with 1.11.06a.
Database:
I've read that I need to create new database if I wanna see my new CAP table hands in HM (not hud, hud works great). And then import old hands from older database. I did that. Well it works first, when I don't import anything, I can reach hands from "Preflop Cards/Hands/Graph/etc.." but a soon as I import at least one hand from older database it messes up everything and I start seeing only old hands. The strange thing is that HUD still catches new hands. And if I export whole new database (via HM database manager), I can find my new hands in these .txt files. So it seems that they are in the database, but HM selects them badly. As the structure of imported hand I noticed the only difference, for example:

PokerStars Game #57330098844: Hold'em No Limit ($0.25/$0.50 USD) - 2011/02/08 20:11:27 EET [2011/02/08 13:11:27 ET]

PokerStars Game #57565765316: Hold'em No Limit ($0.25/$0.50 - $10 Cap - USD) - 2011/02/13 1:35:38 EET [2011/02/12 18:35:38 ET]
So this has something to do with importing or selecting from database.
And the second thing: Hand Replayer does not work at all.

please clear your filters (filter->clear) one time although it seems like no filters are defined.

Yes probably that was the problem. Thank you. But what about hand replayer?

The hand replayer doesn't popup?
Or it pops up, but displays no HUD?

When using the replayer:
-1 make sure the auto import is running
-2 TableManager isn't closed since it has to detect the replayer window
-3 hud options--> player preferences--> use for tab--> there are no conflicting HUD settings, try assigning a HUD to the replayer in the use for tab.

Doesn't popup at all.
Table Manager is on. Player preferences > use for tab:
I hav 2 configs: default and my own. default is set up on AnySite, My own on PokerStars:AllGames. Both configs have all 9 checkboxes marked (limits/torneys and steats per table).
And as I mentioned before, when I start auto import for the first time it shows me this message twice (I click OK, and another identical message shows up again, then it starts importing and seems like everything is working):

I checked HM folder, that cards0.png exists.

That is wrong. Set the default to a site you never play. If it is set to Any Site it will try over-riding the others.

The Default HUD should be set to a site you never play, and make sure none of the other layouts have conflicting rules. Any time HM isn't sure which HUD to use, it will revert to the Default HUD (even if it is set to a site you never play).

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt, exenames.txt, and default.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

If you still get that cards0 error, I would suggest a clean reinstall:

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works
