Hi,

I used to work with HM, but stopped playing for a while.
I recently restarted, but my HM is not correctly interpreting my hands.
A lot of hands, where I have won, are interpreted as losses, so my overall balance is negative, where instead it should be positive.
Some hands are also not taken into account.
I updated with the HMbetaupdate tool, but everything stays the same.
Plus, I noticed that my balance switches a lot, independently from the hands I have played (when I restard, all of a sudden I "lost" 50$ on my total balance...

I don't get a rakeback graph either.

I use Cake 2.0... don't know if it has something to do with that.

Thx in advance.

You are using HM version 1.11.06a?

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

Hi,

thx for your fast reply.

At first I didn't know what to do, but I fooled around a little bit and created a new default database and the problem seems to be solved.

Good for future reference.

Thx anyway.

I also have a problem with hands imported from Cake 2.0. These PLO8 hands had to be manually imported (couldn't find them in the Archive). The hands are recognised as PLO not PLO8.

I have sent an e-mail with a zip file of the hands for your tests.
