Please try using this .ico file

right-click > properties > shortcut tab > change icon

Which Operating System are you using? I can't read whatever language is in your pic but I have a tab called shortcut:

i use windows 7, the short cut tab is not available for the HM.exe

You have to right-click the shortcut to holdemmanager.exe on your desktop/taskbar, not the actual file. You can only change icons on shortcuts.

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.
Please delete everything EXCEPT FOR DATABASE, NoteCaddyDefinitions, and CONFIG in
Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
XP: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager

Uninstall HM2 and then Reinstall HM2 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Setup.exe
