notecaddy popup failure

I tried to make custom notecaddy stats by donking river showing handrange and this is what happened when showed in popup river

why that happens, Why donk river shows multiple times and not just one. Same happened when I created note c-r Turn in notecaddy.

Did you run the pending task with the new definition? This has been reported a handful of times but I've not been able to replicate it. Running the reset/reprocess seems to fix it though How to reset NoteCaddy notes - Assaultware Wiki (http://wiki.assaultware.com/How-to-reset-NoteCaddy-notes.ashx)
