Get it free- Party Poker

I registered at Party Poker in order to get some free $$$ to purchase HEM, SNGwiz and other software, but when i try to fill my Party Poker username at this page: https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/myAccount.php, it always disappear when I leave the page and I´m afraid there would be a problem with confirmation of that username...any suggestions what should I do?
