Hello everyone.
So I finally made the decision to switch from PT3 to HEM.
I am pretty retarded when it comes to computer stuff, I only know how to start my computer and surf the web.

Anyway as I am completing installing PostgreSQL by following these (http://www.holdemmanager.net/PostgreSQL_Install_Help.html) instructions, I get this:

So uhm, I don't know what to do.
Help?

So, you never have imported hands in postgreSQL (PT, HM...)?

I probably did it with PT3. But when I was trying to get HEM up and running, I uninstalled the PostgreSQL that was already on my computer.

Mmm, that's perhaps the issue. Is that a problem if you lose your PT3 DB?

You have 2 choices, the easiest is to uncheck "initialise database cluster" and finish the installation which will use the previous database that was there. Or if you dont need them databases that were there previously and want to save space then delete the PostgreSQL folder from C:\Program Files and reinstall PostgreSQL and it wont give you that prompt the next time

Yep, that's what I wanted to suggere. But when you will reinstall postgreSQL, don't use "postgres" for username, replace every "postgres" you see by for example "holdemmanager".

Well, 120K hands at NL50, might be a problem since I play these stakes everyday.

Will try it by unchecking "initialise database cluster".

unchecking will allow you to retrieve them hands via PT and also add more databases via HM so thats your bets option in this case
