minor 888 bugs

not very important but a fix would be nice.

1) push/fold 500/1000 tables are not recognized.

2) if a player's stack is not an even $ amount (contains cents), the player name is sometimes shown as 'player $' instead of 'player'. looks like the first character from the stack column is considered to be part of the name in this case.

just realized that with instascan, push/fold 250/500 seems to be missing as well.


btw, not sure whether this is possible, but it would be nice if there were checkboxes to choose whether push/fold tables or regular NLH tables are shown. (like on stars, where you can choose between regular, cap, deep, ante and so on)
