Did you import only the hands?
You need to export / import summaries too.

Party poker doesn't support Summary.

What can I do?

How did you import these hands?
Did you import:
the original handhistories
requested handhistories from Party
an exported database?

Can you open ANY handhistory of these incomplete STTs, what does the LAST handhistory say of this game?

After I installed the new version, I have created a new db and I re-imported the hands that were in the archive folder of HEM (c:hmarchive)

2) I'm attaching a hh to be more precise.

Thank you very much.

set lobby to English
this is from your file:
NL Texas Hold'em €3 EUR Buy-in Trny: 58306903 Level: 1 Blinds(20/40) - Thursday, February 10, 00:03:17 CET 2011

Thank you very much.

2 choices:
- manually change these symbols to EN
- ask room support for new HH files in EN
create new DB and import

Do you still have access to your original database?

Do you still have access to your original database?

You want to say to HEM hh or partypoker hh? Because in the second case: no.

Because Hem has moved around in his DB!

Thanks a lot.

I mean a holdemmanager database and not the handhistories.
As i understood you created a new database and reimported all hands so i'm asking for your original database.

If your current handhistories have this "language formatting" problem.
Email PartyPoker to request every hand you've ever played, and they should be able to sent you the handhistories for the 12.000 SNGs you played in proper formatting that HoldemManager can import--> which will result in NO incomplete results.

For completeness of information, I'm attaching an original Hand history of partypoker. As you can see, the formatting is correct.

Could it be a problem of Hem, when it converts hands?

Thanks a lot

I imported your attached file and it imported with no problems.
And shows: correct finish position, $EV Won, etc.

Can you update your SQL from: PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org)
Are you using a non-American d/M/yyyy date formatting on your computer?

You can choose to update your current 8.4.1 to 8.4.7.

Or install 9.0.x (64 bit) but make sure you install 9.0.x (64 bit) to a different port number like 5433.
