My hud works on every table exept the zoom tables. This happen after I updated last versie of pokerstars.

yeap, my hud doesnt work as well on zoom tables after the last ps update.. i also had the problem of assembly validation failed, but followed the instructions and now i can at least open hem... xD

go to stars backup folder, copy files, paste 'em into main folder, run pokerstars.exe as admin

Same. HUD working and hands are importing fine using the copy from backup folder trick. Still will be useful to know when fixed.

Go to your C:/Program Files(x86)/PokerStars.EU/backup folder and start PokerStars with the old PokerStars.exe file.

I don't know what's changed exactly in their latest update, breaking the Zoom parser We have to update our Zoom.dll file.
It could take 1 day up to a week for a fix.


Temporary solution: run PokerStars with the old C:/Program Files(x86)/PokerStars.EU/backup/PokerStars.exe

Copy all your files from C:/Program Files(x86)/PokerStars.EU/backup/
to C:/Program Files(x86)/PokerStars.EU
and run Pokerstars client directly from PokerStars.exe file as admin (when you use the link from the desktop it launches Pokerstarsupdate.exe before).

Pokerstars updated their software and we are working on a fix.

HM1:

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_26Jul2013.exe


HM2:

We released a beta build with a fix for the Zoom issues. Please update to 7830 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/7830_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2821/HUD+Reporting+Tool

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.
