View Full Version : Ongame HH not appearing in reports

Hi.

I play on Ongame. HUD works fine (I can see stats just as usual), but my HHs do not appear in reports or graphs.

Can you please help me with this.

Using v1.11.06a but have had this problem since since 1.11.05 at least.

Reinstall http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.06a_Internal.exe

Click CLEAR FILTERS.

Is your computer using d/M/yyyy (European style date formatting)?
Try changing it to M/d/yyyy. (American style)

downloaded the version you posted, and changed the date settings. It still doesn't work, plus my hud is now messed up at Ipoker.

Ipoker: did you setup the seating preferences for ipoker: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/34/PreferredSeating

HUD options--> site options--> ipoker--> try changing the detect settings for ipoker

No, haven't setup the seating preferences at Ipoker.

To be specific, HH in USD and GBP (in ipoker) are working alright, EUR tables are the one not displaying correctly.

Gonna proceed to install latest version. Ill let u know how it goes.

I have the same problem with SnG HU PLO hands. They do not appear after import in the tourney result window.

But the HU SNG shows up in the top half?
All other SNGs do show up in the bottom half?

Installed latest version and still have the same issue
Hands played there appear in the HUD normally while I'm playing, but won't appear in reports.

My problem with Ipoker was just a glitch, it seems to be working fine there after installing the latest version.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
