View Full Version : Getting "A valid license could not be obtained..."

Support,

I restarted my desktop b/c Windows said it had an update to do. I just now logged back in and HEM doesn't work.
I'm getting the following messages:

1) Could not validate license "Professional HE/OM [then my license #]" in HoldemManager.

2) Could not activate license at server.

3) This machine has not been activated.

If you need my license # I can proved that in a Private Message to a support person.

It appears that it is telling me I have a trial version for some reason.

Try resetting your PC#1 here and try again: Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/registration/)

should i create a new account?

it is not recognizing my forum login information and i'm not sure if i ever created an account. also, i put in the email associated with my registration and it says:

We were unable to access your information. Please try again.
