HI I was at a friends house playing a session and he did not have HM:( So i had Poker Stars email me my HHs but I cant get them loaded in HM. Help pls.

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Did PS email you massive files... 300+ MB txt files?

They sent them as a transcript,no file to import. about 230 hands.

Save the email as a .txt file. And run a import from file on it. (or copy/past the content of the email to a .txt file since it's only 230 hands and save the .txt file)
If it still won't import, save the file again, but check the encoding of the .txt file, and instead of ANSI save it as UTF-8.

sry to keep on but i cant get yahoo or aol to save email to txt file can you explain how
