no hand import

Hi,

is purchased HEM today. Now the program doesnt even import any hand...i chose the hand files manually und it says e.g. 6 files imported, but always 0 hands imported!

I have Partypoker and iPoker hands, nothing works!

My system: Win7 32bit, Firewall: Comodo

Hope you can help me, otherwise i'll switch to another tool

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Try creating a new empty database (options--> database management) and reimport the hands.

If the hands still don't show up in HoldemManager / aren't imported correctly, uninstall Comodo.

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.
