View Full Version : HUD Not Working After Windows Restart

Hey guys,

Yesterday, I used up too much RAM or something, and got the blue screen of death mid session.

After my restart, my HUD stopped working... well kinda. It seems to work on like 3 or 4 tables but not the rest (I play around 20). The hand imports are really slow too so it doesn't seem accurate.

The table manager is showing 6/6 players too on the HUDless tables for some reason.

I've tried all the usual suspects, FAQ, upgraded and downgraded too. Nothing's working.

Do you think that I corrupted my database because it got cut off mid importing?

Thanks for your help...

Probably a database corruption.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

You can try to reindex your database in pgadminIII.
If that doesn't resolve it, create a new empty database and reimport your archive folder.

I've reindexed my database by doing a clean reinstall and reimported the HH, but still getting this;

However, this is only happening on 1 or 2 tables out of 16 STT SNGs (not MTT SNGs seem to be working fine) so its an improvement but still kinda weird...

Does the table finder display all the unattached tables?

Are you using live-tracking or prefetch? Please disable both.

please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

Instead of the reindex, try creating a secondary database (new empty database), do you have the same issue, when the original handhistories are imported into that database?
